Apple released the first betas of iOS 14.3 and iPadOS 14.3 to developers. This is pre-release software and it’s meant specifically for developers.
That means you should probably avoid putting this on your daily iPhone / iPad, as the software may not be ready for daily usage and may contain bugs. As this is the first *developer* beta of iOS 14.3, do not expect a public beta as of yet.
